CSR Auto Rental is looking for a Customer Service Rental agents to provide customer support and administrative support. This role is vital to the overall mission of the company. We are seeking qualified multi-talented individuals to help staff our office located in the Sandston, VA area. We are looking for Customer Service Rental Agents.
Applicants MUST be over the age of 21 possess a clean driving record, have own transportation, and be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Qualified individuals should be able to multi-task in a busy office environment. Prior customer service or related experience helpful but will train the right individuals. Computer experience with windows-based programs is required. We will train you in all aspects of running a car rental branch location. The ability to work flexible hours is a must. Job duties will consist of picking up and delivering rental cars, presenting rental agreement to customers and interaction with body shops, car dealerships and insurance companies.
