What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at 3E Resources, LLC?
We are seeking employees to join our team. We are a boring/installation of fiber optic company. We provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain reel trailers, puller equipment, and other tools required for fiber optic installation
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members & supervisors
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (CDL) a plus
