Field Rater – Full Time
Location: West Phoenix, AZ (West Valley)
Hours: Full-time, early morning start times
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Rater/Inspector for an Energy Efficiency Company, to perform field inspections and data collection in the West Phoenix area. Preferably an individual who is qualified with a RTIN (Rater Training Identification Number) or RFI (Rater Field Inspector) certification. However, we will train the right candidate. Must be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field inspections and document findings
- Submit accurate reports
- Communicate effectively with the team, and project superintendents
- Travel throughout the West Valley as required
- Lift 50 lbs. without assistance
Requirements:
- RTIN or RFI (or willingness to be trained)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe/PDF tools
- Professional, punctual, motivated, and independent
- Early morning availability
