Assembler - 2600005J Description About the Role: 3D Systems is looking for an experienced operator who performs manual labor along a production line, operates and troubleshoots production line tools, equipment, machinery, and computers, and may perform minor repairs as necessary. What We Are Looking For: Troubleshoot production line machinery Responsible for component-level quality assurance; adjust as necessary to produce product within specifications; reject product outside of specifications Follow standard operation procedures with minimal supervision Complete daily production logs Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes & procedures Communicate with peers and manager related to line activities and issues Qualifications What You Will Bring: At least (1) year of assembly experience High School Diploma or GED; AA degree preferred A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change. #LI-MM1 3D Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
