Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in Land Surveying and Surveying techniques
- Experience with Data Collection and Construction Staking tasks
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and legal compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with survey software and equipment is a plus
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or licensure in land surveying are preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required
