Position Title: Director of Programs
Reports to: Executive Director
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hybrid schedule)
Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Summary of Responsibilities:
Program Leadership and Delegation:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Girls Link Up program, support implementation and execution of The Mom Circle Program, & Emergency Assistance programming.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the program team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Managing Program Facilitators & Interns through site evaluations, group or 1:1 coaching
- Demonstrates knowledge and skill base as a Youth Development professional that has content expertise in social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of youth.
- Utilizes Asana software to manage event tasks and checklists, overseeing projects from planning through on-site execution and completion
- Collecting, tracking, analyzing and organizing data that is relevant to the program.
- Creating and implementing systems for program management
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the program budgets, ensuring efficient and responsible use of resources to achieve program goals.
- Track expenditures, analyze budget variances, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Director on financial planning and forecasting.
Programmatic Events:
- Plan, develop, and execute impactful programmatic events that complement and enrich program experiences.
- Secure partnerships and resources for event execution.
- Measure the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
- Flagship events for this role include: Girls Link Up Summer Camp, Girls Link Up on the Weekend, Girls Link Up after-school programming, field trips and job shadowing experiences.
Curriculum Development:
- Have a strong background in STEAM Education
- Champion the continuous development and improvement of the Girls Link Up curriculum.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure curriculum alignment with best practices and program goals.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and identify opportunities for innovation with Program Officers.
Reporting & Evaluation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program evaluation plan to assess the impact of programs on participants.
- Collect and analyze data on program participation, outcomes, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports for funders, stakeholders, and the Board of Directors on program progress and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Social Work, Non-Profit Management, etc.)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management and leadership within a non-profit organization.
- Proven track record of success in developing, implementing, and evaluating youth development programs.
- Excellent budget management and financial planning skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to delegate effectively and empower a team.
- Passion for social justice and a commitment to serving underserved communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (LMSW, MSW, or MPH) with specialized expertise in youth development, social work, public health, or related disciplines.
