Bonus & Incentive Plans (subject to qualification)
- $1,000 Loyalty Bonus after 90 days (if avg weekly revenue stays above a threshold)
- Quarterly Safety Bonus: additional $0.03/mi (or flat bonus) for zero incidents
- Performance Incentive: over-target pay: e.g. if weekly revenue > 120% of target, extra 2–4% bonus
- Referral Bonus: $1,500 for referring a qualified owner-operator who stays >120 days
- Fuel Discount & Cash Back: via our volume fuel card partners
- Maintenance Discount Program: negotiated rates at partner shops
- New Equipment Subsidy / Slot Incentive: for adding newer trucks to our fleet

Requirements / What We Expect
- Own a reliable commercial truck: Hotshot, Box Truck, Power Only, Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed
- Valid CDL (if required for your unit)
- Willing & able to run OTR (no local/regional-only)
- Good safety record (we’ll run a check)
- Strong commitment to service & timeliness
