Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. Provide overall leadership for on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for all construction operations including direct supervision of 3DG Site Superintendents, and other construction related personnel. Direct them in planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe workplace, promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image.

Direct them in planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe workplace, promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image.

1. Assist in development of project schedule and communicate sequence and schedule updates to all subcontractors and vendors.
2. Maintain and enforce a project site logistics, and temporary facilities plan.
3. Maintain and enforce a project site specific safety program in accordance with Policies and Processes, OSHA requirements, local, state, and federal laws to include all subcontractors.
4. Maintain and enforce a project specific quality assurance and workmanship program to include all subcontractors.
5. Manage any/all OSHA site visits.
6. Perform and monitor all jobsite control reporting measures including daily reports, monthly reports, accident reports, and time sheets.
7. Coordinate daily construction activities within existing operating facilities
8. Execute a plan for monitoring and completing punchlist items. Coordinate all required field inspections.
9. Provide technical assistance to all members of project team.
10. Develop and mentor subordinates towards a successful career with the company.
11. Promote the growth and development of client, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
12. Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing of potential projects with current clients.
13. Manage and coordinate 3DG personnel and resources for the project
14. Coordination with client representatives, architects, engineers, construction managers and consultants to establish project requirements, budget, specifications and schedules.
15. Utilize 3DG systems to oversee project performance including, project status, budget, schedule and personnel
16. Manage the project using established project controls and procedures
17. Communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors related to project risk, timetables, costs/budgets, and change management
18. Provide jobsite leadership in the area of safety and quality
19. Understand and administer 3DG contract and subcontract agreements
20. Establish, update, and communicate Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
21. Keep management informed on progress of project and budget through regularly scheduled Operation Review Meetings.
22. Facilitates weekly project status meeting with owner, owner’s rep, vendors, subcontractors and others connected with the project. Prepares and distributes meeting minutes indicating agreements reached, task assignments and related information
23. Review subcontractor and vendor invoices throughout the lifecycle of the project and approve for payment or negotiate appropriate changes with subcontractor.
24. Prepare and submit change orders for approval of client and V.P. of Operations. Prepare and submit invoices to accounting for final billing. Ensure subcontractors are notified of all change order documentation.
Prepare all project close out documentation including submittal of all warranty information, affidavits, record drawings, final retainage payments, releases and accounting related documents. Ensure final payments are received from client and appropriate invoices are paid to subcontractors.
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
