Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve issues and promote collaboration.
- Support the Project Manager in managing change orders and contract negotiations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
