Role: Change & Communications Lead
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 9-months Contract.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in change management (certifications preferred)
- Able to influence and communicate effectively across all levels from executives to shop-floor associates
- Proactive, confident relationship-builder who brings insights and ideas forward
- Comfortable spending time on the shop floor to understand communication patterns and change readiness
- Skilled at translating complex change into clear, practical communication tailored to diverse audiences.
- The position is a blend of change-management methodology communication strategy, rooted in understanding the psychology of adoption and the realities of day-to-day operations.
