Leasing Sales & Marketing Manager – Apartment Community
Pay: From $17/hour performance bonus
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: Bay City, TX
We are looking for a confident, dependable, and sales-driven Leasing Sales & Marketing Manager to help increase occupancy and support daily property operations.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and market the apartment community
- Follow up with prospects and close leases
- Conduct apartment tours
- Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
- Assist with resident relations, collections, and office operations
- Track leads, follow-ups, and leasing results
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong sales, follow-up, and closing skills
- Is comfortable working toward goals and performance targets
- Is outgoing, organized, and self-motivated
- Has experience in leasing, sales, marketing
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Apartment leasing experience is preferred, but strong sales professionals from other industries (insurance, banking, retail sales, account management, or another goal-driven customer-facing role) are encouraged to apply.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
