We are currently hiring for part‑time and as‑needed (on‑call) positions in the following roles:
✨ Open Positions
1. Cleaning / Housekeeping Staff
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest silos, casitas, common areas, and event spaces
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms meet resort standards
- Assist with laundry and occasional event setup
Ideal candidate: Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
2. Kitchen Staff
Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef with food prep and plating
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Support live-fire cooking events and special dinners
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Ideal candidate: Team player with a passion for food and learning.
3. Servers
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service during dinners, brunches, events, and tastings
- Set up tables, serve food and beverages, and maintain clean service areas
- Assist with private events, retreats, and cooking class weekends
Ideal candidate: Friendly, attentive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Bartenders
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve wine, beer, and specialty cocktails
- Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory
- Provide warm and engaging service during events and private dinners
Ideal candidate: TABC certified (preferred), personable, and experienced in bar service.
