What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Concrete Mason & Form Carpenter position at 3C's Concrete Work, LLC?
Job Description
Are you a skilled concrete professional who takes pride in every pour? 3C’s Concrete Work LLC is expanding our field crew. We are looking for an experienced Concrete Mason and Form Carpenter to help us deliver high-quality commercial and residential projects across Western Kentucky.
We value versatility: even if your expertise leans toward finishing or formwork, we are looking for professionals willing to grow in both areas. We offer potential for professional development and advancement into Crew Lead roles for those who demonstrate the skill and dedication to lead our projects.
What You’ll Do
- Handle all phases of concrete placement: setting wood/metal forms, pouring, and finishing.
- Execute professional finishes on slabs, driveways, sidewalks, and curbs (broom, mag, steel-trowel, edging).
- Work with power trowels and specialized finishing tools.
- Set complex forms for commercial/industrial foundations and site work.
- Ensure accurate grades and drainage using lasers and levels.
- Manage final details like saw-cutting, sealing, and site cleanup to maintain our high standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid Experience: Background in either concrete finishing, form carpentry, or both.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the demands of outdoor construction, including lifting 50-80 lbs.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Detail-Oriented: Someone who cares about the “final look” and follows safety protocols.
- Potential: We encourage growth—if you are strong in one area, we want to help you master the other. Crew Lead opportunities are available for high performers.
Why Join 3C’s?
We believe in taking care of our people. This is a career with a stable, family-led company.
- Reliable Income: Weekly pay with overtime opportunities.
- Future Planning: SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match.
- Time Off: Paid vacation and paid holidays.
- Stability: Year-round work with a consistent daytime schedule.
