Duties

• Engage with customers at events and retail locations to promote products through live demos and interactive experiences
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to followers, and growing online community engagement
• Conduct product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits to potential customers in a compelling way
• Collect valuable data during events and customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
• Assist in event marketing activities by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and ensuring a vibrant brand presence
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers toward purchase decisions
• Deliver public speaking engagements at community events or store openings to generate buzz and foster positive brand recognition

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly advantageous for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service
• Proven skills in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing are preferred
• Experience in sales roles with a focus on product promotion or customer engagement will help you succeed in this role
• Bilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling you to connect with diverse audiences effectively
• Strong communication skills are essential for public speaking, product demos, and team collaboration
• Familiarity with event marketing strategies and branding principles will enhance your ability to create impactful campaigns
• Prior experience in data collection or market research can add value to your insights-driven approach
