Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members on the assembly line, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Enforce safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all team members
- Interpret and adhere to production documents, cGMP, Sop's, and work instructions to maintain quality standards
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining proper safety procedures
- Oversee inventory levels within the area, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility
- Demonstrated ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, process improvement strategies, and safety standards in production environments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
- Excellent communication skills
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
