In this role, you’ll lead by example—delivering personalized solutions, motivating your team, and driving results in a fun, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Engage directly with customers, presenting AT&T’s products and helping them find the perfect fit for their needs.
Coach and support a team of Brand Ambassadors to strengthen their communication and sales skills.
Set performance goals, track results, and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Build a positive, team-oriented culture centered around accountability, growth, and exceptional service.
Stay up-to-date on AT&T promotions, technology, and product updates to keep your team informed and competitive.
Collaborate with management on in-store events, sales campaigns, and community outreach efforts to boost visibility and engagement.

Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Age/Auth: Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
Transport: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Schedule: Available to work Thursday–Monday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM.
Location: 100% in-person role (in-store and event-based locations).
