What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while representing AT&T's industry-leading wireless, internet, and entertainment services.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their connectivity experience.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
- Support and mentor team members by sharing best practices in customer engagement and sales strategy.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to initiatives that drive customer growth and market expansion.
- Stay current on AT&T products, services, promotions, and emerging technologies.
