Job Description:
What's the Job?
· Provide level 2 technical assistance to end-users and remote users.
· Track and document user issues, escalate as necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
· Assist users in connecting to the network remotely and troubleshoot advanced network issues.
· Conduct IT training and orientation sessions for new hires.
· Create Active Directory accounts for new users and contractors, and support desktop software applications.
What's Needed?
· Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
· 6 years of advanced computer expertise and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/8, OSX/iOS/Android platforms.
· Strong customer service skills and experience installing and repairing PCs.
- Knowledge of networking technologies, ticketing systems, and remote PC management.
