Submission Requirements

• Min. 2 years of ED experience
• travel experience strongly encouraged
• BSN preferred
• 2 separate facility supervisory references from different locations within previous 3 years.

• Work history/resume - must include Agency employer name for travel contracts.
• Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
• License verification
• 2 separate facility supervisory references from different locations within previous 3 years. (3 separate supervisory facility references required during onboarding)
