What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse/Home Health position at 3B Healthcare, Inc?

Primary location: OFFICE BASED POSITION *** Patient Care Manager of HH Office; Monday through Friday; Office Manager in Charge of Dashboard - reviewing orders, contact with physicians, clinicians, new admissions, could possibly assist with scheduling. May be needed to assist with visits outside of office.
Minimum Experience: 2 years (1 YR General RN 1 YR HH); 1st Timers are accepted
Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics
Certifications / Licenses Required: BLS; SC RN License
Ratio / Census: Not Specified
Unit Systems: HCHB experience needed until 10/1/2026; Epic experience needed after 10/1/2026
*If the clinician doesn't have experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB), they will be required to complete an online HCHB course prior to starting. The course is *** and must be paid by traveler upfront (margined).
Scrub Color: Any color
RTO: MAX 7 days
Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed
Call Requirements: Yes, possibly 1 per week as needed
Mileage: Yes paid at IRS standard rate - Tracked through HCHB
Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
