Job Purpose:
- The Non-CDL Off Road Truck Driver at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC will be responsible for transporting materials such as dirt, rocks, and equipment within a construction site, mine, or other off-road locations. This role involves operating a dump truck or similar vehicle to ensure the efficient movement of materials, contributing to the smooth operation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, haul, and dump materials such as dirt, rocks, and equipment at designated locations.
- Safely operate a non-CDL off-road dump truck, adhering to all company safety procedures and government regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Coordinate with other workers or operators to ensure efficient workflow and material handling.
- Maintain a strong understanding of and commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform manual labor as required, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives are met.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- Experience operating a non-CDL off road dump truck or similar vehicle
Familiarity with loading, hauling, and dumping materials such as dirt, rocks, and equipment
Will be required to be able to lift 50lbs or more when needed.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment like a dump truck or other off road vehicles
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Valid, non-commercial driver's license
