Business Title:
- Non CDL Off Road Operator
Job Purpose:
- Individual drives heavy equipment like dump trucks on job sites or other off road locations, without requiring a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting materials within a designated work area.
- Loading materials onto the dump truck.
- Hauling materials to specified locations on the site.
- Dumping materials at designated drop-off points.
- Performing routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Communicating effectively with other team members.

Qualifications:Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Required Experience:
- Operating heavy equipment, such as dump trucks, in an off-road environment.
- Loading, hauling, and dumping various materials.
- Adhering to safety regulations and procedures within a designated work area.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience operating dump trucks or similar off-road vehicles.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Possession of a valid standard driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including climbing in and out of heavy equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions related to material transportation and placement.
- Strong spatial awareness and coordination for maneuvering heavy equipment in confined spaces.
