Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Construction Salesperson located in New York, NY, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing leads, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting construction services, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure projects align with client expectations. Regular follow-ups, market analysis, and active participation in sales strategy meetings are also key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of Construction Services, contract negotiation, and industry standards.
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple projects and client accounts.
- Experience in CRM tools and Software proficiency is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in the commercial construction industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must have a own car and clean drive records licence of NY State.
- Background check before start.

Salary & Benefits
• Salary on commision construction contract work from ($75,000.00 to $400,000.00) p
er year.• Benefits: Two weeks off paid by company after a year work and bonus of perfomance.

• Relocate on New York base and drive on five borough projects must needs.
