About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand business needs, optimize processes, and implement solutions that will drive efficiency and innovation. This is an entry-level friendly role designed for individuals who have up to three years of experience and are excited to learn and grow within a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and process owners.
• Support process mapping and analysis to understand how workflows will evolve with SAP S/4HANA.
• Help translate business needs into practical system enhancements and configurations.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and testing activities to gain hands-on exposure to ERP transformation.
• Assist with data migration activities, ensuring transferred data is accurate and reliable.
• Contribute to the development of user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by tracking issues, validating fixes, and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Provide first-line support during system go-live and stabilization phases.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, ERP systems, IT projects, or related roles (internships welcome).
• Basic understanding of business processes or ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus, but not required).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience leading projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• A growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA through internships, academic projects, or previous roles.
• Familiarity with business process modeling or data analysis tools.
• Understanding of project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Coursework, certification, or demonstrated interest in business analysis, ERP systems, or SAP.
