Commercial HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. If you’re ready for a change and a great opportunity, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Check and fix building systems to keep everything running smoothly. Work with building automation systems to monitor and adjust performance. Help manage outside contractors when needed. Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems. Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and keep track of inventory. Follow a preventive maintenance plan to keep equipment in good shape. Respond quickly to emergencies and call for extra help if needed. Handle general building repairs like painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Communicate well with the team and build strong working relationships. Train and mentor other team members. Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines. Troubleshoot complex systems and controls. Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Qualifications: Associate degree or technical school certificate (or equivalent experience). Universal CFC certification (preferred) 5 years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and documents. Must complete OSHA 10 training within 6 months of hire. Strong communication skills and basic financial knowledge. Commitment to safety for yourself and others. Schedule: Schedule: (9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday) On-call as needed If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 33 - 56 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
