Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Bussing tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware efficiently
- Assist with food service by delivering orders to tables and ensuring timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces
- Support food handling procedures in accordance with safety standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate service flow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and professionally
- Help with catering events or special functions as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning, bussing, and food handling procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with serving in restaurants or hotels is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if necessary
