3801 Grand Retirement Campus provides peace of mind for our seniors needing assistance with day-to-day tasks, but still desiring the independence and comfort of a private apartment. 3801 Grand Assisted Living is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMA) or Medication Managers for two openings. Must be reliable, trustworthy, hard working, and have a passion to work with seniors.

Position Overview
-Provide nursing care to seniors of all gender, cultures, and backgrounds in a retirement setting.
-Provide personal care services, assistance, support and supervision to residents.
-Monitor health, safety and well-being of the residents.
-Complete documentation on resident’s records.
-Respond to resident emergencies; provide first-aid assistance and arrange for appropriate medical attention.
-Report concerns about residents to Director of Nursing and/or Executive Director.
-Encourage and remind residents of appealing activities.
-Maintain a safe, home-like, and pleasant environment for residents.
-Maintain a cheerful, positive, and upbeat demeanor.
-Maintain confidentiality of all resident/staff information.
-Treat each resident with dignity and respect.
-Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and/or in-services.
-Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
