NEEDS TO RESIDE IN BROWARD for easier travel to patient homes.
A great opportunity to build your own panel of patients in Broward County. We are a Direct Primary Care practice that operates as a monthly membership.
Our company will be here to support your growth of building your own patient panel.
A percentage of the membership rate given to provider monthly.
The position will start off slow for a couple months to build as an expection. Some providers still are working for other companies as they build up their panel.
We are a direct primary care practice (membership practice) where patients have increased access to speak to their provider via text, telemedicine and in person. We are mainly MOBILE.
All tools needed to conduct efficient and thorough mobile visits will be supplied by 365 Wellness.
