365 Security Management Group is seeking BILINGUAL (English& Spanish) Security Officers with an active Florida Security License G (ARMED SECURITY) to join our team in different shifts.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe environment and are committed to excellence, professionalism, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and protection of assigned properties, personnel, and assets
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent security incidents
- Control access points and verify authorized personnel
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and security threats
- Complete clear and detailed daily activity and incident reports
- Maintain a professional presence at all times
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Florida Security License G (required)
- Previous security experience (preferred)
- Availability also for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong communication skills
- Bilingual: Must speak and understand both English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
Shift Availables:
