Duties
- Lead and assist in daily landscaping and lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, mulching, planting, and cleanups
- Work with the team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and properly
- Identify areas on properties that can be improved and communicate solutions
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and professional at all times
- Communicate with team members and leadership to stay on schedule
- Assist in training new crew members and setting the standard for quality work
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and adapt quickly to changing conditions
Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, construction, or outdoor labor preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Experience with landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Positive attitude and pride in delivering quality results
