Duties:
- Manage and maintain office operations related to property management
- Conduct upselling activities to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update property management systems and databases
- Assist with facilities management, including scheduling repairs and maintenance
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records related to properties
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication
- Assist with contract negotiations and lease agreements
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with tenants, vendors, and clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
