We are seeking a passionate, outgoing, and self-driven Community Outreach Marketer to join our team at 365 Home Health Services. This role is essential in expanding awareness of our Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services and growing our client base through strategic community engagement.
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Promote PCA services to families, caregivers, and community members
β’ Build and maintain referral relationships with clinics, hospitals, senior centers, and community organizations
β’ Educate families on eligibility and application processes for home care services
β’ Attend and represent the company at outreach events, health fairs, and networking functions
β’ Generate leads and track outreach metrics to support growth goals
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with service delivery

β’ Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills
