365 Health Services is now looking for a Job Coach to support Individuals with ID in Southeastern Pennsylvania to work in a hybrid role.
We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and mission-driven Job Coach to join our growing team! If you're someone who believes in promoting independence and employment success for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we’d love to connect.
As a Job Coach, you will:
· Support individuals in community-based employment
· Assist with onboarding, training, and job retention strategies
· Collaborate with employers, Supports Coordinators, and families
· Provide documentation and guidance per ODP guidelines
· ACRE Certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
