Start your driving career with a role designed for new CDL A holders in Meridian, Mississippi. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day responsibilities of professional over-the-road trucking, and then transition to solo driving.
After completing training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week and receive access to full benefits.

What you’ll be doing
- Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period focused on daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing for solo operations.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow Department of Transportation requirements, safe driving practices, and company procedures.
- Complete required vehicle and trip checks and develop strong habits for professional over-the-road operations.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
