What you'll be doing
- Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that covers day-to-day driving routines and prepares you to transition into solo driving.

- Follow safe driving practices, perform required vehicle and pre-trip checks, and develop consistent professional habits for over-the-road operations in the region and beyond.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication with dispatch and customers, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
