Job Summary
365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35) with terminal operations based in Erie, PA. We are seeking safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career with consistent miles, newer equipment, and dependable home time. Drivers receive 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking at the Erie facility, and comprehensive benefits.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (starting after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
The Route & Equipment
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35 with operations routed from the Erie, PA terminal.
- Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner/Kenworth tractors (strict no slip-seating policy).
- Driver Comfort: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.

Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT Medical Card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Experience — Trainees (Entry-Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor is provided, plus full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
