What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL A Regional Truck Driver Flexible Home Time position at 365 Freight USA?
We are hiring experienced class A CDL truck drivers. For this position we require our drivers to stay out 28 days and then 5 days home, they will be covering 2,300 miles per week most of the time east of I-35, but we do cover all states. This is a no-touch freight operation with 50-60% drop and hook and 40-50% live unload. Further detail are listed down bellow.
Job Details:
- Experienced based pay: $0.57-$0.65cpm (20% of our drivers bring home $83,000 annually)
- Additional pay: Detention after 2h ($12.50), Layover/Breakdown ($100 per day)
- Sign On Bonus ($1,000 in total)
- Performance Bonus (up to an additional 3cpm)

Requirements:
- Valid CDL A
- Satisfactory MVR
- Ability to meet hiring and DOT regulatory requirements
- At least 3 months of verifiable OTR T/T experience and 120h of CDL school instructions within the past 12 months
- At least 6 months of verifiable OTR, regional or local T/T experience within the past 12 months
- At least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years
- Professional attitude towards dispatch, team members and customers
