What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Accounting Manager position at 361 Services?
We are working with a local CPA firm in the Denver Tech Center in search of a strong Manager that has aspirations to grow into a partner and eventually take over the firm.
My client is a boutique accounting firm with four seasoned and tenured CPA's. The firm’s work is comprised of the following:
- Tax - 60% (~700 business returns and 800 individual returns)
- 2 Audits | 5 Reviews | Several Comps - 40%
The firm would love to grow but is missing this key person that wants to develop with the support of the owner to make partner. Busy season is busy, but the balance outside of busy season is fantastic.
Compensation
Base salary - $110K-$130K
Bonus - ~20%-25% based on firm & individual performance
