Project Manager – Electrical Construction
Location: Phoenix Metro - Hybrid flexibility available

Pay: $100,000 – $150,000 DOE
We’re hiring experienced Electrical Project Managers for established contractors in the Phoenix market. These roles support a mix of commercial TI, ground-up, industrial, manufacturing, data center, and specialty electrical projects.

What You’ll Do
- Manage electrical construction projects from award through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, labor, material, and job profitability
- Run RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, billing, forecasting
- Coordinate field teams, supers, foremen, vendors, and clients
- Lead progress meetings and maintain project momentum
- Manage multiple projects depending on size/scope
- Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years Project Manager experience in electrical construction
- Commercial TI and/or ground-up project background
- Strong cost control and labor management skills
- Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with project software (Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Stable work history preferred
Strong Plus Experience
- Manufacturing / industrial facilities
- Warehouses / distribution
- Data centers
- Large commercial projects ($5M )
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
