At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we help remove unwanted items from homes and businesses — and we do it with friendly faces and top-tier customer service. You’ll join a fun, supportive team where you’ll develop valuable sales, leadership, and problem-solving skills, all while earning great pay.
What You’ll Do:
- Start your day with an upbeat team meeting before hitting the road with your crew.
- Visit 8-10 customers each day, providing on-site junk removal estimates and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Safely load and remove non-hazardous items from homes, offices, and properties.
- Transport materials for recycling, donation, or disposal at local facilities.
- Work as part of a tight-knit team that values hard work, communication, and great service.
Pay & Perks:
- Earn $2,000 a paycheck, paid biweekly! Pay consists of a base pay of $15/hr tips commission. That's $4,000 a month!
- Paid training, free daily breakfast, and monthly bonuses.

What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License.
- Physically able to lift at least 80 lbs to shoulder height.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset.
