What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at 360Sweater Company LLC?
● MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY
Demonstrate full product knowledge of brand (product features, price points, fabrications, fit, promo codes)
● Full knowledge of stock availabilities and sell outs.
● Maintain shop appearance at all times, keeping our space organized, clean and well presented at all times.
● Ensure merchandise is tagged and finger spaced at all times.
● Complete all store transactions: new orders, returns, exchanges.
● Help one client at a time.
● Clean up and recover after helping a client before moving onto the next task.
● In instances where you need to start breaks or step off the floor, sales associates are to pass over the client to the next
available person to help.
● Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional demeanor and presentation at all times.
● Contribute to shop clientele book.
● Complete opening and closing checklist
● Be in company uniform during work shifts.
● Report to Keyholders and store managers.
Salary : $18 - $22
