We are seeking a warm, motivated, and patient-focused Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Direct Primary Care, Concierge, and weight loss practice. Our ideal candidate is passionate about exceptional patient care, longevity medicine, and maintaining their own health and wellness journey.
At 360 MD Austin, we provide comprehensive primary care with an integrative, longevity-focused approach. In addition to general primary care, our services include anti-aging medicine, bHRT, IV infusions, GLP-1–based medical weight loss, and injectable aesthetics. An interest in functional or integrative medicine is a plus, but not required.
This role is designed to be low-stress and highly fulfilling, with a supportive team environment and a strong emphasis on patient relationships.
Schedule & Expectations
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
- No in-office weekends required
- Weekend or after hours call/patient portal duties are minimal and rotated (and covered when you are on vacation) less than once a month
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Dr. Linebarger’s clinical partner and right hand
- Conduct primary care visits (PAPs, mental health check-ins, HTN, common acute concerns, etc.) Our patient population is generally very health-conscious and low acuity
- Manage medical weight-loss patients: biweekly/monthly check-ins, progress monitoring, GLP-1 medication guidance, and lifestyle coaching (fitness, nutrition, wellness)
- Answer patient messages through our portal with a friendly, supportive tone
- Accurate and timely charting
- Handle medication refills and prior authorizations
- Perform IV infusions and basic phlebotomy
- Optional (not required): neurotoxin injectable treatments
- See an average of 4–10 patients per day

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
