Kosher Coffee Sales Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative with strong knowledge of kosher-certified coffee products and the broader specialty coffee market. This individual will drive growth by building trusted relationships across kosher retailers, cafés, restaurants, synagogues, schools, and community institutions. A passion for coffee quality and understanding of kosher compliance are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the presence of kosher-certified coffee in retail, wholesale, and food service channels.
Proactively identify new business opportunities within multiple communities and beyond, focusing on food markets, cafés, restaurants and hospitality establishments seeking quality kosher offerings.
Build strong partnerships with buyers, distributors, and decision-makers by demonstrating product expertise and exceptional service.
Conduct coffee tastings, product demos, and educational sessions highlighting coffee profiles, sourcing, kosher certification, and brewing best practices.
Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to guide business decisions and help position the brand effectively.
Work closely with marketing and operations to support promotions, seasonal programs, and expansion.
Qualifications:
Proven food & beverage sales experience; specialty coffee or kosher industry experience strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of coffee origins, roast levels, taste profiles, and café culture.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Independent, organized, and comfortable managing a territory with routine travel.
