Position Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, and service quality across assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and high service standards. The Account Manager will also support staffing, inspections, and operational execution to ensure long-term client retention and growth.

The Account Manager will also support staffing, inspections, and operational execution to ensure long-term client retention and growth.
Schedule:
This role requires a flexible schedule to support evening operations, typically working either 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Occasional daytime availability may be needed for client meetings and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
- Conduct routine quality control inspections during evening service hours
- Address and resolve client concerns within a timely manner
- Coordinate onboarding of new accounts, including walkthroughs, key collection, and service setup
- Manage and support cleaning staff and subcontractors across assigned accounts
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new cleaners as needed
- Ensure proper staffing coverage for all scheduled services
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements where needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, client interactions, and service updates
- Support monthly and quarterly client meetings and reporting
- Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and account growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in account management, operations, or service-based industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Problem-solver with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work evening hours consistently
- Experience in janitorial, facilities management, or service industry preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $40,000 – $47,000 annually
- Health insurance included
