360clean is looking for a subcontractor cleaning company in the Douglasville, GA, area. The subcontractor will be given a responsibility of cleaning a multi-family apartment complex in Douglasville. The subcontractor's team of 2-3 cleaning technicians will be performing standard building cleaning duties on-site from 7:30 AM until 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday, and likely part-time on Saturday: trash pickup around the property and in the hallways, sweeping, mopping, dusting, bathroom cleaning, etc.
Payment terms: a flat fee, the amount to be negotiated, payable the month after the first month of service (e.g., if the first month of service is January 2026, the subcontractor will receive payment in February).
The cleaning subcontractor will assure efficient operations meet the needs of the client. This position has a significant amount of contact with people, requiring public and human relations skills, flexibility of nature and effective oral and written communication skills. This position requires the use of independent judgment to deal with a variety of unanticipated problems and concerns that arise in the course of performing standard building cleaning duties for a multi-family property.

The cleaning subcontractor will:
- Supervise employees and help delegate operations schedule to ensure proper work area coverage.
- Evaluates performance of personnel and inspects assigned areas to ensure proper work performance. This requires hands-on support and ability to perform work when necessary: mopping, sweeping, carpet scrubbing, servicing restrooms, window washing, etc.
- Addresses customer concerns and inquiries and reports any new or changing job/work orders.
- Ensures appropriate chemical labeling, dilution, and storage requirements are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Screens job applicants, hires new employees, and recommends promotions, transfers, and dismissals
- Performs the duties of the cleaning team members in their absence.
The cleaning subcontractor qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of supervisor experience
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent communication skills
