Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for dental services in alignment with the organization's goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to dental staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Set performance goals and metrics and monitor progress towards achieving these objectives.
- Oversee equipment and supply choices to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Ensure that all clinical and administrative operations comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement a clinical training program for both office and field support staff.
- Implement quality assurance program to monitor and improve patient care standards.
- Coordinate chart reviews to ensure compliance and quality of care.
- Develop and execute action plans to address identified issues and enhance service quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize operational risks.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and best practices in dental and healthcare management.
- Ensure that patient care is delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Promote a patient-centered approach in all aspects of dental services.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining highly skilled dental staff.
- Onboarding new providers, in collaboration with Provider Relations.
- Foster professional development opportunities and continuing education for the team.
- Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information; always abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
- To work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience in dental.
- At least 3-5 years of management or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Travel 25%.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees.
