Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing products while providing knowledgeable recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about store inventory, ensuring you can make informed suggestions and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Training: Learn essential duties including cashiering, stocking, receiving, and assisting in food and beverage services. This includes cross-training to work as a food runner or order taker.
- Physical Tasks: Perform light cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
- Manual Labor: Lift items weighing up to 30 pounds and engage in frequent bending, twisting, and stooping throughout the shift.
- Professionalism: Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and foster positive interactions with both customers and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar customer-facing role.
- ID Requirements:Must possess two valid government-issued IDs in excellent condition:
- One photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport)
- One paper ID (e.g., Social Security card, birth certificate)
- Background Check: Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint check for airport security badge clearance.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation; rideshare services (e.g., Uber, Lyft) and public transit are not acceptable for this position.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must have full availability, including weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and occasional holidays. Availability for shifts ranging from early mornings to late nights.
- Certifications: TABC and food handler certifications are required for this position.
