For over 20 years, 360 Tans has helped clients look and feel their best through custom spray tanning and wellness services. With more than 1,500 spray tans performed each month, we are established leaders in the Austin beauty industry.
We’re looking for motivated individuals who genuinely enjoy beauty, wellness, customer service, and sales. We can train skills, but we can’t train passion. If you’re eager to learn, love working with people, and want an opportunity to grow, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming and professional experience for every client.
- Educate clients on spray tanning, wellness services, products, and memberships.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions.
- Recommend services and retail products based on client needs.
- Help meet individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, polished, professional salon environment.
- Learn our services, systems, and sales process through ongoing training.
