The Opportunity

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion house to identify an experienced Senior Client Advisor for its Honolulu boutique.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established luxury sales professional who thrives on developing meaningful client relationships, building a strong personal business, and delivering an exceptional level of service.

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will act as a trusted luxury advisor to both local and international clientele, combining strong commercial instincts with an elevated, highly personalized approach to clienteling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of local, international, VIP, and high-net-worth clients, driving repeat business through consistent and thoughtful outreach.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through relationship selling, appointment-based business, cross-selling, and client development.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience, providing personalized styling and product recommendations based on each client's lifestyle, preferences, and purchasing history.
• Proactively utilize CRM and clienteling tools to identify opportunities, schedule appointments, follow up with clients, and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Develop new business while maximizing existing client relationships through events, new collection launches, private appointments, and personalized outreach.
• Demonstrate sophisticated product knowledge and brand storytelling, confidently representing the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and collections.
• Serve as a strong senior presence on the sales floor, leading by example and supporting less experienced Client Advisors when appropriate.
• Partner closely with boutique leadership and the wider team to achieve store objectives and maintain the highest standards of luxury service.
• Remain knowledgeable on the local luxury market, client trends, competitors, and opportunities to grow the boutique's business.

What We're Looking For

• Established experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, fine jewelry, watches, hospitality, or another high-touch client-facing environment.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and retain a meaningful client book and generate repeat business.
• Strong CRM/clienteling experience with a proactive approach to outreach and appointments.
• Comfortable working with high-value transactions and discerning clientele.
• Polished, confident, relationship-driven, and commercially minded.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative mentality with the maturity to act as a positive influence within the wider team.
