Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury shopping experience to local and international clientele.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, appointments and personalized follow-up.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales goals while contributing to overall team performance.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently present collections through storytelling, styling and cross-selling.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop new business.
• Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising, operational and presentation standards.
• Collaborate closely with management and colleagues to ensure an elevated and seamless client experience.
• Stay informed on luxury fashion trends, new collections and product launches.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, fashion, fine jewelry, hospitality or another high-touch customer service environment.
• Genuine passion for fashion, craftsmanship and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, with an interest in sales performance and client development.
• Professional, polished and comfortable engaging with a diverse international clientele.
• Positive, adaptable and eager to learn and develop within the luxury industry.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and client-focused approach.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Previous luxury fashion experience is highly valued but not essential. We welcome candidates with strong hospitality or premium customer service backgrounds who demonstrate the right attitude, professionalism and enthusiasm to grow within luxury retail.
